Practices for Level 4

Required Practices are Mondays 4:00-6:00 and Friday 5:00-7:00 (Summer Thursday 5:00-7:00) Make up classes are on Saturday.

We are very family friendly and will arrange payment plans if needed! 

Practices for Levels 5-8

Level 5 Required Practices are on Tuesday 6:00-8:30 plus Thursday 6:00-8:30 OR Saturday 10:00-1:00.

 Level 6-8 Required Practices are on Tuesday 4:00-7:00 plus Thursday 6:00-8:30 OR Saturday 10:00-1:00.

 Members have the option to register for two or three days a week.

 Summer Practices are only once a week on either Tuesday or Thursday 10:00-2:30.

Competing
We compete as a team starting in October and continue through May.

Gymnasts start competing in Level 4 performing compulsory routines.
Gymnasts then can progress to Level 5, 6, Intermediate Optional
(good to prep for High School gymnastics), Level 7 Optional, and then to Level 8 Optional. 

All our competitions use American Athletic Union (AAU) rules and regulations.
Members must purchase AAU membership for $12.00 a year.

We attend weekend meets approximately once a month and distances are no further than
one hour away!  Meet fees range from $35 - $50 for each meet and include awards.

All team members must purchase a team leotard which is only to be worn in competitions.  New leotards cost approximately $80.00 or a gently used one can also be purchased for $20.00 if available.

 Team Fun!
Our Team offers annual fun extra activities year-round!

Attend our Team Summer Camp in August from 9:00-4:00.
A “mock” meet finishes the camp on Friday to prepare for competition in the Fall.

Have fun at camp with a visit to “The Pond” ice skating rink.

 Team Sleepover!

Team bonding with games, open gym,
and staying up late during winter break in December!
