Summer Camps
Fun For Boys and Girls of All Ages!
Campers will enjoy a week of excitement with our informative instruction and daily themes making this camp fun. Our experienced and energetic staff will encourage campers to challenge themselves to increase new skills, while keeping safety their first priority in a nurturing atmosphere.
Visits from special guests that excelled in each sport and demonstrations will make these camps even more memorable and educational. Campers will have an opportunity to ask questions to help them learn about the dedication needed to excel in each field.
Campers will build self-confidence, strength, balance, and increased knowledge in becoming well rounded individuals. With our 8 to 1 ratio with staff that are certified in First Aid and CPR, we strive to make this a fun, adventurous, educational, and most memorable experience. We also teach good sportsmanship

Pre Gymnastics and Beyond Camp

| Preschoolers will enjoy our daily themes utilized in learning movement patterns of gymnastics on smaller scale equipment in a fun, and nurturing environment. | This camp is fun for everyone with a variety of activities such as gymnastics obstacle courses simple enough for the beginner and still challenging to a more advanced sibling. Plus parachute fun, nature exploring, ball sports, earth art, plus an animal visitor and more… Also meet a different staff member each day sharing their knowledge and talents with the students. |

Tumblers must be able to perform a round off and back handspring at time of registration.
For boys and girls that would like to expand their tumbling skills on the floor from cartwheels, rolls, back handsprings to front and back tucks to layouts and mini trampoline skills will also be incorporated. Athletes will focus on the flexibility, strength, and skills necessary to progress quickly and safely towards achieving their tumbling goals.

Beginners II thru Pre Team (Level 4)

| Gymnast must be able to perform a cartwheel, back roll, and have experience on equipment. Program incorporates learning routines, advanced tumbling their skills, dance, and activities utilizing strength and body techniques. During this camp, each day we will have members of our gymnastics team demonstrating beginner through advanced skills to show campers the progressions. This helps students to understand the sport of gymnastics, the training involved, and be able to ask questions to make this camp both educational and memorable while enjoying learning new skills with our friendly, energetic staff. Plus, meet our other staff members and experience earth art, nature exploring, beyond balls, and more. |

Have fun with a variety of dances for beginner dancers with upbeat music and learn different dances such as ballet, jazz, hip hop, African and more plus other combinations each day. Plus fun interactive games to keep this camp exciting. On the last day, campers will demonstrate two to three minute dances and cheers to show parents some of which they have learned.

| These campers will be introduced to different types of dances including ballet, hip hop, and jazz plus jumps, turns, and gymnastics skills according to their ability level. We will accommodate and challenge even the most experienced gymnast. Campers will learn different dances everyday plus fun interactive games to learn more about teamwork needed for the sport of cheerleading. On the last day of camp there will be a demonstration of some dances and cheers learned throughout the week. |

| This camp is designed to prepare those gymnasts who will be competing in the fall. Learn compulsory routines and/or optional skills required for levels Intermediate Optional, 7, 8, and 9. A mock meet will conclude the camp week with awards making this event memorable and rewarding. |

Campers will take a walk around the gym to the Beyond Garden to experience nature. We will encourage their natural curiosity and exploration of the natural world outside. Campers can make their own contributions to our brick people village and learn a little more about the exciting world of nature, creatures (bugs, snakes, & toads oh my!) What Fun!

Campers will go to “The Pond” ice skating rink for a short lesson and have fun with some synchronized group exercises and games plus open skate afterward to utilize their newly learned skills.
