We offer a family friendly waiting lobby with a special play area equipped with books and toys appropriate for many ages. There is plenty of project / homework table space available for family members to work on. Parents are welcomed to wait for their children while in class, following our observation policies.

Gift Certificates are availiable of any amount. They are great for birthdays, first communions, holidays, or any other occcasions.

Cancellations/ Credits/ Refunds: If we have to cancel a class due to insufficient registration, we will first try to transfer your child to another class. Otherwise a credit / refund will be issued. Refund checks will take 3-4 weeks. A $25 charge for any credit card refund, otherwise a refund check will be issued. Registration fee will not be refunded. Withdrawal from a class, due to personal reasons of child/parent a credit will be held to be used later – no refunds. WE DO NOT GIVE CREDITS FOR CLASSES “MISSED”.

Fees for late registrations are not prorated. We will not take anymore registrations after the 3^rd week.
The staff reserves the right to cancel any class due to insufficient enrollment.
Make-up classes are offered as a courtesy to students who miss a class. They must be taken in the current session only. Call the office for make-up classes the morning of. Classes will not be prorated.
Once a class is in session and a student must withdraw, an in house credit can be issued toward a class of your choice within one year. A $15.00 processing fee will be deducted.

Parking availability is in front of the building, or towards the back, along the side of the building or against the fence. NO PARKING is allowed by the driveway shared with the body shop (Excaliber).

Payments for classes are expected at the time of registration, in order to secure your spot. We accept cash, checks, and Mastercard or Visa credit cards. We do not accept Discover or American Express.

Pre Registration and payment must be received before the first class to insure your placement in the class. All class sizes are limited.

Release Waiver: Release waiver is necessary for participation in all classes. Waiver is valid for one year after sign date. Click here to download Minor Student Waiver PDF. All students participating in Birthday Parties, Mom/Dad Totnastics, Open Gym, Sleepovers, Bring a Friend, and Special Events must fill out a different waiver that is only provided at the Gym.

Trial Classes: New students may take an evaluation / placement class free of charge during the first week of classes only. Please call first.

Observation Policy:
1.	On the first day of class parents may come in and watch (parents of preschoolers must stay for the first day of class if you are new to our program).
2.	During the session parents please wait in the waiting room. Please do not talk or wave to your child; they need to pay attention to the instructor and to what your child is doing. This is for their safety.
3.	On the last day of class please come in and observe. Cameras Welcomed!
4.	No Admittance into Gym or Beyond Studio without instructor.

Gym Rules:
1.	Shoes off.
2.	Hair tied up. Bangs clipped back-out of face.
3.	No jewelry. (including watches)
4.	Shirts tucked in all around.
5.	No jeans, metal zippers, buckles, or bellbottom pants.
6.	No pants that drag on the floor for all classes.
7.	Only water allowed in drink bottles.
8.	No gum, candy, or food.
9.	Listen to instructors and follow gym rules.
10.	Smile!

Make Up Classes: Parents please call that morning to confirm that class is not cancelled.

Days Closed: We are closed when Kenston School District is closed due to the weather. For example if bad driving conditions because of snow or ice on the roads. If in doubt, please call our office at 440-708-0588.

Bus Pass: students can receive a bus pass from Kenston Schools for bus #11. Classes are available for K – 12^th grades. The bus will drop them off at E Washington Street where our staff will meet them and escort them up to the Gym for their class.
