NEW! Yoga for Athletes This class is for the athletic person or preteen who would like to concentrate on strength, advanced atretching, and balance. This is definitely a challenging yoga class. We will also talk about health and body image. If you are looking to advance in your sport, this is the class for you.
NEW! Hip Hop & Jazz This is a type of dance that can be filled with basic to elaborate rhythm patterns. It increases flexibility of the student and individual personalities. Two types of jazz that will be introduced are hip hop and lyrical to fun, hip music.
Beginners Karate This class will introduce basic karate etiquette and skills, it will help build physical fitness, mental focus, and self control along with personal responsibility. Stranger and bully issues will be addressed.
Cheer/Dance I & II Non competitive students will learn basic cheerleading movements, tumbling, jumps, and stunts. Basic cheers and dance routines will also be incorporated in these classes according to ability level. More experienced tumblers will be encouraged to proceed to the All Star Cheer Team.
Floor Tumbling I & II For boys and girls that would like to expand their tumbling skills on the floor from cartwheels, rolls, back handsprings to front tucks and mini trampoline skills will also be incorporated. Tumbling II students must be able to perform 1 arm cartwheels, round-offs, handstands, and back bend.

All Star Cheerleading Team for 7-18 year olds
High spirited athletes will learn age appropriate choreography in Dance, motions, tumbling, jumps, and stunts incorporated into an exciting routine put to fun and upbeat music. The girls will use their commitment to each other and build trust as a team to work towards a common goal by using cheer as its vehicle. Members of the team are a competitive performance squad!
